Hi everyone,
from the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank all the participants of 19th Sacuki Cup and Kendo seminar.
We held a Kendo seminar under the guidance of Ondřej Dudáš (5th Dan). The topic was how to develop strong and beautiful Kendo basics and how to integrate them into your practice including oji-waza. We also wanted to show method we practice in our dojo. Around 60 Kendokas from several countries joined the practice.
After the seminar we held examinations 3rd Kyu until 3rd Dan. It was the first time in the Czech Republic, that exams up to 3rd dan were organized by a single Kendo club. Most of the candidates were succesful, congratulations!
Finally on Sunday we held an international Kendo tournament. Over 70 participants from 7 different countries joined the matches. Again, thanks for taking part and congratulations to the winners!
We would like to thank everyone who was there especially participants from other countries, we very much appreciate your time and effort.
Also thanks to the members of the organization team, without you you there wouldn't be any event.
We will try to improve the event next according to the feedback you have given us, we believe we will be able to address most of the issues you mentioned.
